EPC Solutions helps owners of houses and apartments across the Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol make their homes more comfortable, cheaper to run and better rated on the energy performance certificate.
Most Spanish homes — especially the villas and fincas built for summer, not winter — lose heat through poor glazing, thin insulation and inefficient hot-water and heating systems. Individually, each of these is a nuisance. Together, they are why a home feels cold in January, expensive to cool in August and sits at a low EPC letter.
We look at the whole house. Solar panels, battery storage, heat pumps, windows and doors, insulation and pool heating are planned as one package, so the improvements support each other instead of being bought piecemeal.
