Windows & doors

Shut out the draughts. Keep the comfort in.

Modern glazing can make a Spanish villa feel calmer in winter, cooler in summer and quieter all year. We match the glass, frames and opening style to your home — without making it look like an office.

Fewer draughts

No more cold air sneaking around tired frames

Quieter rooms

Two panes help soften traffic and neighbourhood noise

Year-round comfort

Keep more warmth in during winter and heat out in summer

A simple comparison

Two panes put the brakes on heat

Old single glazing gives indoor heat an easy route out in winter — and outdoor heat an easy route in during summer. A modern double-glazed window cuts that heat flow by roughly three quarters. The frame and fitting close the remaining escape routes.

How easily heat passes through

U-value (W/m²K) — the lower the number, the better the window insulates. Typical values for existing windows.

Lower is better
Older single glazing≈ 5.8 W/m²K

One pane of glass — heat and cool air pass through almost freely

Modern double glazing≈ 1.4 W/m²K

Two panes with an insulated gap — around 75% less heat passes through

The comfort upgrade

It is not just about the energy bill

The first thing most homeowners notice is how the room feels: fewer cold spots by the glass, less rattling in the wind and a more peaceful night’s sleep.

  • A steadier room temperature
  • Less condensation around the glass
  • Better security and smoother opening
  • A cleaner, more modern finish

Three details that matter

Good windows are more than two sheets of glass

The best result comes from getting all three parts right. We assess the room, its direction and the existing opening before recommending anything.

01

The right glass

Double glazing helps keep winter warmth in and summer heat out. Solar-control glass can make sense on exposed south- and west-facing rooms.

02

An insulated frame

A thermal break stops aluminium carrying outdoor temperatures straight into the room. It is the detail that makes a good-looking frame perform.

03

A careful fit

Even excellent windows disappoint when air slips around the edges. Neat sealing and finishing are just as important as the glass and frame.

From old frames to open views

A better outlook in three easy steps

We make the choices clear, measure carefully and keep disruption to a minimum.

01 · Your survey

We measure every opening

We check the frames, walls, sun, wind and how each room is used. You get sensible options rather than a one-size-fits-all quote.

02 · Your design

You choose the look

Frame colour, opening style, handles and glass are agreed before ordering — with comfort, security and the villa's character all considered.

03 · Your installation

Old out. New in. Neatly finished.

The team protects your home, removes the old frames and seals the new ones properly. Ready to find out what your villa needs?
